First and foremost I would like to thank you all so much. Without your detailed e-mails and without the many many screenshots that you all provided me with through Twitter, E-mail, and Facebook we would not have been able to pin point the issue that the site faced.
We have modified one of our disks so that it streams pure mp4. This in one hand slows down the site, but the throttle is negligible. This allows both phones and tablets running the android operating system to stream videos from the site without any issue.
We sincerely apologize for causing you all so much trouble throughout the days and for bothering you for more detail. Without it we would not have been able to fix the site.
